For the people who help
Gentle ADHD worksheets you can use with the people you support
If you are a counsellor, therapist, coach, teacher, SENCo or support worker, you are welcome to use Mindmallow’s worksheets and free tools with your clients: in session, printed out, or shared as a link they can fill in at home. They are free to use and share, no client login needed, and written in plain, shame-free language. They are lived-experience self-help tools that sit alongside your work, not a clinical programme that replaces it.
How practitioners use Mindmallow
- In session: work through a sheet together on screen, or print a blank one to fill in by hand.
- Between sessions: share a link so someone can try a tool or worksheet at home, at their own pace.
- As a gentle first step: the free tools and colouring pages give a low-pressure way in for someone who freezes at a blank page.
- Across your caseload: buy a worksheet or bundle once and reuse it with everyone you support.

An honest note on scope
Mindmallow worksheets are lived-experience self-help tools, not a clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic programme, and not a substitute for proper care. They are designed to support and complement the work you do, and you remain responsible for your own clinical judgement and for how you use them with the people you support.
Stay in the loop
Leave your work email and we’ll send the occasional note when there is a genuinely useful new worksheet or tool for the people you support. No spam, and nothing to pay.
Common questions
Can I use Mindmallow worksheets with my clients?
Yes. You're welcome to use them in session, print them for someone, or share a link for them to fill in at home. They're lived-experience self-help tools, not a clinical or diagnostic programme, so they sit alongside your work rather than replacing it.
Do my clients need an account to use them?
No. Anyone can fill a worksheet in the browser or print it with no sign-up. A free Mindmallow account only adds the option to save work across devices.
Can I print the worksheets or save them as PDFs?
Yes. Every worksheet has a clean print view and saves as a PDF straight from the browser, so you can keep a blank set or hand one over on paper.
Is there a cost?
Many worksheets, all the free tools and the colouring pages cost nothing. The rest are a few pounds each, with bundles, and you're welcome to buy them once and reuse them across the people you support.
Can schools, SENCos and support workers use them too?
Yes. The plain-language, shame-free format works well for teachers, SENCos, mentors and support workers, not just therapists and coaches.
Are these a substitute for therapy or assessment?
No. Mindmallow shares lived-experience self-help resources. They do not diagnose and are not a substitute for therapy or professional care. You remain responsible for your own clinical judgement and how you use them.
