Break It Down
Turn one scary task into tiny first steps you can actually start.
Type the task that feels too big and tap Break it down. You will get a few tiny first steps to edit and tick off. The goal is not to finish — it is to make the first move small enough that you can actually take it.

Questions
Why break tasks into tiny steps?
A vague, big task ('do my taxes') gives an ADHD brain nothing to grab onto, so it stalls. Tiny, concrete first steps ('open the website') remove the stall and make starting possible.
How small should the first step be?
So small it feels almost silly — 'open the doc', 'find the number'. The point of the first step is only to get you moving; momentum does the rest.
Can I edit the steps?
Yes — the suggested steps are just a starting point. Edit them, add your own, and tick them off. Your list saves on your device.
